Very happy with our new gate. Freddie was very communicative throughout the entire process and let me know exactly what to expect. The whole process took less than two weeks from when I reached out for a quote to completion of installation. That includes fabricating with the customization I requested. We had been living with a damaged gate since we purchased the property over two years - I wish we had replaced it sooner!

When Freddie came to our house we appreciated his knowledge n suggestions! This was our first encounter with 4Sure Gates. Jonathan sent us the bid! As we made changes n additions he was deligent in sending detailed supplemental charges! Choppa n his crew came out to finalize the specifications! After the fences, the walk gate n the drive gate were fabricated, they returned to meticulously install them! The entire process was very pleasant! We are very happy! I have a very large front gate on the road at my house and I used this firm in 2021 to replace the gate opener. The previous opener failed all the time, and it never worked during the cold months. This one has never given me any trouble. I called them for service one time for help changing my keypad code, and one other small adjustment. This is one of the best investments I have ever made for my security.

From cutting thru the existing iron fence, to planning a nice entry, custom ironwork, great gate design. Installation was excellent - including the last minute addition of a powered gate. We used the Arlington representative. Getting a quote was very fast. From calling the first time, getting a quote, scheduling installation and the build process was less than two weeks. Install only took a day and a half. Very pleased with the work and customization options available, worked with our existing equipment.

We moved into a new home with an entrance gate installed by 4 Sure Gates. We had a ton of questions related to how to use the gate, how it functions and how to operate it from the house. Jason was great, he very calmly and clearly answered all my questions, helped me update the gate code and set my car up to sync with it. Jason was very thorough and provided answers to questions I didn't even ask. Jason was very knowledgeable, kind and quick.

Very happy with their service. They were punctual, courteous, professional and communicated very well. They told us they’ll fix the gate in 2 hours and they were done in an hour and half. I’ve only lived in Fort Worth for 18 years. So (as I’ve been told) I’m not quite local yet. But since I moved here, I’ve owned several homes. Gates have always been a source of daily frustration. I’ve had 2 cars chewed up by gates that had a mind of their own. I’ll also say the gate companies I’ve worked with in the past acted like they were doing US a favor when we hired them; or worse, acted like we were an inconvenience. Until we found 4 Sure Gates. Name says it all. These folks custom fabricated a gate for us and installed the automatic opener. They did a great job on the gate, they recommended what I needed (and nothing more) and when we had a small issue (almost a year after installation) they arrived within 24 hours and fixed it in 15 minutes. In short, these folks care. I highly recommend them. Don’t mess with those other guys. These folks want your business and care about their work (at least that’s been my experience). I don’t write reviews. But I did for these folks.

I had a new gate receiver installed recently and had issues with the programming holding the rolling code. Jason arrived today to review everything, advising that newer vehicles required a longer hold on the vehicle gate opener button in the car. He went through each vehicle to verify connections and with the new information , we do not expect issues in the future. Nice guy who had the knowledge and patience to work through it with us. Jason, did a wonderful job replacing a electronic Panel in my Automatic Gate he had to reprogram my remotes and programmed the ones in my car and truck. He cleaned, adjusted and grease the gate! Not cheap but at a reasonable price.
