Arched Top Gates

An arched top gate rises in a smooth, even curve between the posts, with the center sitting higher than the ends. That curve softens the look of a long iron fence line and suits wide driveway entrances well. The designs below include decorative rings, diamond accents, spear-point pickets, and short lower pickets that help keep small pets in the yard.

Bell Top Gates

A bell top dips slightly near each post before climbing to a peak in the middle. It reads as more formal than a plain arch. Spear points and ring bands are optional on every bell design shown here, and you can add short lower pickets if you need to keep pets inside.

Flat Top Gates

Flat top gates run a straight top rail across the full width of the opening, so they line up cleanly with most existing iron fencing. They’re a common pick for slide gates and commercial entrances. Spear-point pickets add a security edge, while a plain top keeps the look simple.
